Rates vary in price depending on the Villa choice and the time of the year and starts from US$400 to US$720 per Villa, per night. And includes all taxes, breakfast & dinner and roundtrip airport transfer.
Tiamo is not on the beach. However, it overlooks the sea and is five minutes away from San San Beach. In addition the secluded private beach at French mans Cove is open to Tiamo's guests, seven minutes away.

Ginger Lilly; Tucked away in our lush gardens, this villa offers complete privacy; the many companions being an array of tropical birds whose songs will literally be music to your ears.
Lace Fern; The views of the ocean and gardens are saturated with a plethora of ferns, reflecting the calming atmosphere of a moon-lit garden or the gentle rays of filtered sunlight.
Exora; As the flower would suggest, a burst of color with great views of the sea. This villa is surrounded by an array of flowering plants, many of which will offer subtle aromas as one meanders around property.

- A minimum stay of three nights is enforced.
- 50% of total cost is required for reservation.
- Cancellation 7 days or less no refund of deposit
- Cancellation more than 7 days refund 50% of deposit
